Oven-Grilled Chicken & Vegetables



1 bag (14 oz) Birds Eye Recipe Ready Grilling Blend
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar (I prefer the vinegar)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven broiler. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to coat. Transfer chicken & vegetables into broiler pan. Broil, stirring & turning vegetables once. Cook 15 minutes or until chicken is done & vegetables are tender.
