Pizza Bombs

Chef Kerry in the heezy again!
Pizza Bombs! 🍕💣

Need:
1 can Pillsbury biscuits (10 biscuits)
10 Mozzarella cheese cubes (approximately 3/4 oz shredded cheese)
Shredded mozzarella
5 tbps pizza sauce
10-15 tbsp of favorite pizza toppings
Italian seasoning
Extra pizza sauce for dipping

Do:
Preheat oven to 375°F
Roll biscuits flat & very thin
Add 1/2 tsp pizza sauce to each biscuit
Add 1 cube of mozzarella to each biscuit
Add 1 tbsp of additional toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.) if desired to each biscuit
Fold each biscuit in half (like a taco) & then fold in half the other way to pinch all corners together & roll like a ball
Place biscuits seem side down on a parchment covered pan
Sprinkle each biscuit with shredded mozzarella cheese & Italian seasoning
Place in oven & lower heat to 350°F
Bake for 13-16 minutes or until slightly browned

Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping

Note: If using toppings that contain liquid (mushrooms), cook first. If using ingredients like pineapple, pat dry first.
